Maggie SmithI have twenty years of experience working in college athletics at the highest levels, coaching women's basketball and working as an athletic director. I am an outdoor and fitness enthusiast and have traveled extensively. I'm driven, determined, focused and a survivor!
Leo GunasinI was born in Sri Lanka, and after the first few years of life here, I suddenly found myself in the United Arab Emirates where my parents migrated to in search of better opportunities. I grew up in the midst of a thriving mix of nationalities and cultures in a society which was still evolving socially, economically, politically and legally. My education was in English, which in turn inspired me to adopt English as my prime language. Eventually, the English speaking world would end up greatly molding my ideology and cultural perspectives. As I was growing up, and in addition to sports (mainly soccer, cricket and athletics), I was a generously enthusiastic and avid follower of international news. My professional experience includes work in a family business (manufacturing and retail), a brief stint in marketing in the Hospitality industry, almost 3 years as a News Editor for the Ajman TV and Radio Network and lastly, six-plus years in retail and corporate banking with the Emirates NBD Bank Group. All through the years I have also been a part-time English language trainer to university students and working professionals. Now back in my native country, I have just recently set up myself as a professional English language trainer to local students and adults.
Ken KruseI have a wide array of interests and expertise. I'm most passionate about sports, particularly soccer. I am also enthusiastic and have experience and expertise in marine science and business management, operations and processes. I enjoy learning and teaching, particularly if it involves IT applications. I am also an accomplished gardener, diy home improvement project manager, and kite flyer. Lastly, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets. I'm fanatical about soccer and have a lifetime's experience in athletics as a participant, coach, and manager! I am an assistant soccer coach for a local community college, youth coach, and the Director of Coaching and Player Development for a local youth soccer club. Additionally, I have several years of experience in business and government in leadership and management roles. I spent nearly two years of my life at sea as a marine biologist. I developed and taught an accredited college level course. I ran a non-profit for five years and managed my own real estate and sports officiating businesses. I attained my Masters in Business Administration degree in 2004.
NjouFor clarity my life experience would best be viewed as a kaleidoscope of adventurous exploits in medicine, investment banking, agriculture and athletics. I have been an international traveler to a homeless vagabond that some would describe as eccentric nevertheless perhaps you may judge my methods to be artfully done.
