I started my writing career in 2000, providing web content for corporations such as AOL and Reed Elsevier. I went on to author my debut novel, the romantic comedy "The Next Best Thing" (Dafina/Kensington Books, April 2009) which was nominated for an African-American Literary Award in the category of "Comedy Book of the Year." My second novel, "All About Eva" (Dafina) was published in April 2010 and the book has received favorable reviews from Booklist, Publishers Weekly, Romantic Times Magazine, and various other mainstream publications.
