I have been married to Gary since 1985! We have 3 beautiful children, Laurel, Landon and Lennon! I have been providing childbirth education and doula services since 1989! I own Childbirth Companions Doula Services. After the birth of my first child I felt an amazing transformation! It was so empowering! There is no "high" like giving birth! I wanted others to experience this amazing feeling too!. I received childbirth education certification through a local agency the Association for Shared Childbirth, then I trained through International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA), then on to Doula's of North America (DONA).
