I am a Navy Veteran and the President of a Trucking Company. I have vast experiences and know what it is like to fight through challenges. At the present I work for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs and I am a volunteer with the Coast Guard Auxiliary.

In between writing jobs Gerald designs and builds wood composite kayaks, canoes, and other small boats. His varied experiences and interests give him a rich and unique perspective from which to write. Gerald has been a licensed general and electrical contractor, a small business owner, and provided commercial and industrial technical services. Past avocations include motorcycles, custom cars, building and racing stock cars, prospecting, wild foods, designing and building small boats, custom woodwork and crafts, fishing, exploring, traveling, computers, reading, and writing.

I am a retired automotive technician / instructor who now works as a computer geek and lives on the beach. I have vast experience with automobiles, boats, computers, sunburns, and travel.

Hello everyone I live in the UK, in the The Lake District which is a beautiful part of Cumbria, having forests, lakes and mountains and an abundance of wildlife, flora and fauna '" an idyllic place to live (if you can forget the rain!). A few years ago I gave up my high powered/stress job as a hospitality professional, and at the same time re-married and moved to rural Cumbria '" a whole change of life style at once. It was no longer just me and Dougie (my westie dog) but a new husband, a new home and no job to go to! This change of life style gave me time to do the things I really enjoy like walking on the beach and discovering the area around us - my thoughtful husband bought me a bike which brought about a new hobby '" biking with my dog, which keeps me fit and my dog well exercised. We regularly hire a boat for a few days and go out on one of the lakes here, which is fun, packing up food, a portable barbecue and a few home comforts '" Dougie comes too all kitted out in his little dog life jacket! I was born in September 83', in Long Branch New Jersey. I've lived within 20 miles of my birthplace practically my whole life. I have been a music lover for as long as I can remember. At age 14, I started playing guitar and also began exploring the world of hard rock and heavy metal. Since then, I have played in numerous bands, traveling far and wide to play music in front of different people throught the continental Unites States. After graduating from Full Sail: Real World Education in 2002 with a degree in Recording Arts, I began working for a living while making music my full time hobby.
