Adrian Simpson is a London based writer and journalist for Chillisauce. Writing about extreme sports, adventure travel and bizarre festivals. On the Weekends he is freelance break dancer, ryhme busting car and brewing enthusiast.

John Mercer had worked for almost 12 years in the craft brewing industry in Bend, Oregon. He worked primarily in the fields of water, waste water, utilities, chemicals, project management, safety, capital budgeting and tax credits. In early 2010 he left all of that behind to embark upon a 2 year bicycle tour halfway around the world. He and his partner rode their bicycles from New Zealand to Nepal, visiting 11 countries and riding over 21,000 kms along the way. The trip was unsponsored, so you can be sure of unbiased opinions about the gear. The adventure was a life changing experience for both of them and believe it or not they can’t wait to do it again- with a kid.

I am a 23 year old graduate student at Marywood University progressing towards my masters degree in Higher Education Administration. I earned my undergraduate degree from King's College in 2010. I received a Bachelor of the Art's in English Literature as well as writing. I currently work at student loan company called Sallie Mae. I answer incoming email and letters from customers in repayment. In the past I have earned a black-belt in Goshin-Justu Karate when I was 16. Sadly I haven't had as much time to dedicate to this recently as I would like. My current hobby is craft beer brewing. I hope to one day open a Micro-Brewery/Brew-Pub.

I was born and raised just outside of Boston where I still live with my wife and one cat. We love sports, traveling, finding great places to eat and brewing beer in our spare time.

Sean has a passion for the art, the science, the people, the humor, and the numerous benefits of beer and pub food in one of the Mesopotamias of brewing: Colorado.
