I am an antiques and collectibles dealer in Kentucky. I love what I do. For over ten years I worked in the healthcare industry, primarily in an OB/GYN clinic offering care to expectant mothers, in addition to working in a laboratory. After a major illness I walked away from my high stress career and never looked back. I realized life was way to short not to pursue what makes you happy. I like bringing back to life little pieces of history that have been hidden under layers of dust in attics and sheds long forgotten by the world. I also make primitive signs out of scrap lumber. I love being outdoors and when I am not scouting old buildings and estates sales for treasure I am usually hiking in the woods, savoring all the life around me.

I'm a 50-year old male with nearly 30 years experience in the newspaper industry. Yeah, newspapers. Remember them? Nobody reads them anymore which means I'm out of work. I began as a reporter, and have worked as copy editor, page designer and columnist. I've written a sports collectibles column and a general sports column. I love writing, sharing my opinions and ideas with others.

I have worked as a Research Specialist for seven years dealing with information. I have worked with Antiques and Collectibles as well as Antiquities for over seven years. I am skilled in every aspect of the online and physical auction process from research, to cataloguing, to photography to final catalog publication and sale to after sale follow up. I am past member American Astronomical Society -for professional astronomers in North America, and have I been featured in Marquis Who's Who Science and Industry for my work on Astronomy Education.
