In his last assignment, he managed the MQ-1 Predator and AC-130 Gunship programs at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The MQ-1 Predator program combines a remotely piloted aircraft and ground control station. Dave also served as the commander of the AC-130 Gunship acquisition squadron responsible for developing and integrating sensor and weapon systems onto cargo aircraft. His experience extends to both in line and staff organizations procuring and modifying F-15, F-117 and F-22 aircraft.
