A born adventurist, was an active scout as a youth, average student who joined the Army at age 17 as a commissioned officer, served for 18 years when due to injury was invalided out of service. During service contributed to development of systems and procedures by innovation apart from participating in projects for developing communities. Qualified a COBOL course in 1980 when there were hardly any computers in Pakistan. In the private sector started off as a Manager HR & Services and rose to be a General Manager of Industrial sector, his skills as a Teacher and Trainer lured him into Education sector and now associated with teaching online. Elected the Honorary Secretary General of eLearning Association of Pakistan.

Marcus Anderson is an Interactive Digital Marketing Strategist with over 15 years of experience of developing online campaigns for large brands, utilizing web sites, blogs, eLearning tools and social media platforms. He contracts with with Priority Integrated Marketing as a social media strategist and is the Technology Director, Board Member for the Lakeville Hockey Association. A passionate fan for Minnesota sports and stay at home dad, he maintains 2 sports blog sites, TheSportsDaddy.com and Vikingstailgate.com. Gregg Crystal is responsible for defining and implementing Inalign's technology solutions, and will be your first point of contact on any project. Gregg will work with you to mold your vision and develop the plan that will ensure success. With more than 18 years of custom application development and database design experience, Gregg has been instrumental in Inalign's client's success. Prior to founding Inalign, Gregg developed mission critical radar systems for Sensis (DeWitt, NY), enterprise class business applications at Systems Made Simple, (Liverpool, NY), and worked independently as a consultant for several years before starting Inalign. My background includes 15 years in the corporate technology world, where I designed and wrote technical documents, marketing materials, elearning courseware, and much more. I am a mother of twins and very interested in topics relating to infertility, parenting in general, and the unique challenges faced by parents of multiples. I've written several children's picturebooks and am currently working on my first young adult novel. Recent writing credits include various online publications across a number of topics.

Kyle's professional background stems from managing broadcast media and print campaigns for national roll-outs during his tenure at some of the worlds' leading communication firms in New York '" Bozell/IPG, DMB&B/Publicis & FCB. He handled media campaigns for the Americas, Europe and Asia for clients Procter & Gamble, Chase Bank, and Burger King. In relation to the online space, Kyle was part of the team that developed one of the most pioneering online efforts way back in 1997. The P&G Online campaign would eventually lead to Procter & Gamble being named 1998 "Interactive Marketer of the Year" Award by Ad Age magazine. For the past 15 years, he has been concentrated on the areas of International Political Economy, New Technology and Mobile Computing, and Venture Capital/ Economic Development. He has worked in 3 continents for assignments in healthcare, knowledge process outsourcing, and micro-financing for emerging economies. His maternal great-grand uncle, Maximo Viola, helped publish Noli Me Tangere while on the paternal side, Juan Luna is a National Artist of the Philippines. He is also the oldest grand-son of nationally acclaimed writer Loida Virina. After advertising, Kyle founded 2 companies in the last 10 years: a Management Consulting firm in New York in charge of strategic planning and market research for Verizon, Kraft Foods, and IDT Corporation; and most recently, an ASP company in Texas servicing the United States government for emergency preparedness and eLearning initiatives. Kyle attended Columbia University and University of Albany (New York) with concentrations in Political Science and High Speed Communications.
