MRMSeasoned Journalist for 15 years. My interest lies in helping people around me through experiences I have walked: Family mental illness, children with Autism and ADHD, love life issues, parenting tips, tips on how to stay organized (worked as a home organizer off and on for years) and of course, how to spend little, save what you can and still feel like you have a decent life. I love being able to share how people can have FREE family fun or do activities at almost no cost. I lived in Europe for 2 years and have interesting tales from those days. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, the husband of course, a regular job job and when time enjoy my gardens and the Greater Philadelphia area and its historical pleasures.

Carrie LankI'm a writer, and a mom. I love to write about anything and everything. I majored in Journalism at Cal State Long Beach. I have had a passion for writing from a young age and have done everything over the years to allow my passion to blossom. My ultimate goal is to write for a living...that way I would be doing what I love, while supporting my family. I will tackle any topic. I love a challenge and researching ideas and subjects. I love the idea of writing something that is both educational, and entertaining. I enjoy the fact that my career choice can open up someone's eyes to the world, to new thoughts, and can take the reader away, even if for a brief moment. I love sharing my thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics. I love giving sound advice. I like the stress relief that writing is for me...I get to clear my head and let it spill out onto paper. If I can have someone read a piece of my work and walk away having learned something new, or gained a different perspective on something, then I have done my job. I put my unique spin on subjects ranging from parenting, to fashion. I have written a few books for children, and am currently working on a series based on my own boys' misadventures! I have written for AOL.com and it's affiliates.

I now live in De Soto, Missouri which is about forty-five miles south of Saint Louis, Missouri.

I definitely have my favorites. :-)
