I am a retired police lieutenant with 28 yrs of police service. For the last 12 yrs of my career I was the night commander of the Detective Bureau, overseeing the case investigations of all the Detectives and preparing cases for prosecution. I was schooled in forensic crime scene processing and trained all of the Detectives in that area. I also was responsible for teaching all members of the police dept. as to current domestic violence law and procedure.
