Chris Dinesen RogersChris is a writer whose work reflects her interest in science. Fact-based writing is the foundation of all her work. Her writing incorporates her work and volunteer experience. She has worked in conservation-related fields for over 15 years. In 2000, she and her husband were awarded the state of Kentucky's Colonel award for restoration work they did at Mammoth Cave National Park. Chris firmly believes that if one has knowledge, one is obligated to share it. She has taught beginning biology classes at the college and community college level. She has worked with a variety of age groups as a naturalist with at the state and federal level. Chris loves the outdoors and frequently spends her weekends hiking or geocaching. She is also the owner of her own online business selling original watercolor paintings.
Michael KochMichael Koch graduated from Westmoreland County Community College in Youngwood Pennsylvania in 2004, completing the Paralegal program and receiving an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a 3.95 GPA. He then worked as a freelance Paralegal for two (2) years, and then currently full time for a law firm since March of 2006. He has also helped run a small family owned convenience store (that's been in the family for nearly 60 years) since 1994, where he continues to help out part time. He also has experience as a mobile disc jockey. He enjoys physical activities such as working out at the gym, playing volleyball, and playing flag football. He also enjoys geocaching and other outdoor activities.
Jennifer ZingerJennifer currently resides in upstate New York where she teaches music in an urban setting. When she is not teaching or writing, she enjoys photography and geocaching.
Jamie MillerGraduate of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College/Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribiology. Currently working the field of food safety, plant and animal health with specialization in HACCP systems. Grace A. ElversI am an outdoorsy person who loves kayaking, geocaching, climbing mountains in the adirondacks, and general hiking. I also enjoy running and teaching zumba.
