I am a 30 year old stay at home dad, artist, and business owner.

Ever since I read my first Judy Blume book as a little girl, I have wanted to write. Whether it's giving my opinion, making someone smile, or reviewing a product, writing makes me happy. My primary area of expertise is in home improvement and home decor and design, as I have worked in or around the business for over 20 years. My experience in 'Crafts & Hobbies' was gained when I owned my gift basket business several years ago. Since that time I have enjoyed sharing my 'how to' advice with my readers, particularly when it involves saving money by learning how to DIY.

I have lived in the Ozarks for 20 years, and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Afer receiving a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics with a Food and Nutrition Emphasis from College of the Ozarks, I began working for Herschend Family Entertainment as a sales manager and merchandise buyer. I currently work as a manager for a major home decor retailer. Any spare time I have is spent creating healthy great tasting recipes. I have a passion for making healthy food taste great. The love of my life is my 6 year old niece. She never stops making me laugh!
