I’ve been a business owner for 20+ years as a speaker, author, mentor and for 13 of those years, as a leader in a large network marketing company. I love being my own boss but I quickly realized that being in business for myself wasn’t like having a 9-5 job. No one was telling me when to work, giving me a specific task to complete or even showing me how to work day-to-day growing my business. Each day of these past 20+ years has been a personal and professional learning experience. Today, my business is dedicated to coaching and mentoring entrepreneurial women who have chosen to grow themselves and their businesses to their full potential. You can find my personal blog at http://SharonMichaelsPowerToSucceed.com where I regularly share personal and professional how-tos and success skills. I have guest posts published on several well-known blogs and websites and articles appearing in major publications. I am excited to say that I am also a published author of several personal and professional empowerment books and eBooks. For the past four years I’ve hosted my own radio show, Women Enjoying Success. I enjoy interviewing self-made successful women who are excited to share their powerful success stories and strategies. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Sharon-Michaels I’m the founder and organizer of a local women’s business group of over 400 women members. Our primary focus revolves around learning the personal and professional skills that will help us grow and thrive as empowered and successful women in business. Like many of you, I love working from home because I get to spend quality time with my husband and our mini-dachshund Oscar.

Hi! I'm a writer who writes about things, only my eyes can see. I am not a Technical fan but for some reasons, I love writing guides and how-tos about technical stuff. I also write my personal opinions about some things in life. I've never thought I'd be doing this, I grew up hating books and writing was the last thing in my mind. But life has a funny way of making things work and here I am.

I grew up in small town America and at nineteen I couldn't get out fast enough. Now thirty years wiser and able to leverage experiences of my middle years, I've returned to view the place of my youth with wanting eyes. Four distinct seasons in middle America provide frequent change and an opportunity to enjoy each with a unique flavor. I enjoy the warm summer breeze, the majestic trees of color in autumn, snow covered winter vistas, and fresh spring rain. As a former senior network engineering and planning manager for a major health care provider, my formal education is replete with technical jargon and technical how-tos. I worked and studied hard, graduated summa cum laude, and soon was afforded positions of responsibility. I enjoyed the path it provided. It paid the bills and then some. I was lucky to work with wonderful people, but it wasn't me. I'm a writer. The patio, a fresh breeze, Scrivener and my MacBook Pro provides sanctuary. I've published a few magazine articles, mostly from a technical slant. I spent a couple years exploring the process of special effects in movies and television, and was awarded the opportunity to work with Sony Imageworks to cover the creative problem-solving and technical achievements that went into making the special effects in Spider-Man 3. It earned the cover story for issue 14 for HDRI3D magazine. I'm currently working on my first novel and it's scheduled to be published in December. Leveraging recent discoveries and new science, it's a fictional account challenging some age old discussions concerning creation, God, the universe, and our existence. The stories are inside, they've always been there. It's time to let them come out and play.

hey yall, theirs not much to tell about me but, I have two beautiful babies, and I am married. I work at walgreens as a beauty adviser and I have noticed how many men and woman go though my aisles and want something to make themselves more "beautiful" but dont have alot of money. So my goal is to make this blog to show how tos in a money saveing way. There will be alot of different things to try out. My plan is to tell you how it worked for me and the cost. (if its something that i do not need, like for deep rinkles, ill try it out with someone to see how it works.) There is a warning though, I am not the best speller in the world and i have bad grammer. But rest assured i am very truthful. And i will try to make this as pain free as possible.
  • Nick Simonson
I am an avid outdoorsman and freelance outdoors journalist, writing on a variety of topics through my weekly column entitled Our Outdoors and through freelance projects for a variety of newspapers, magazines and websites since 2001. From pheasant hunting on the prairies of North Dakota to ruffed grouse hunting in the woods of northeastern Minnesota's Arrowhead region, to bow hunting whitetails in the creeks and draws of the high plains, my writing each fall focuses on my adventures afield. In the winter, I'm a hardwater bum, plain and simple. From hole-to-hole and from lake-to-lake there isn't a species I won't fish for under the ice. I share my tips and tactics with readers in hopes that they will experience the same success I do. When not on the ice, the cold winters of the upper Midwest provide me time to tie flies and jigs in preparation for spring fishing and assemble some impressively-sized lures for muskie fishing in the summer. I share my lure-making tips and how-tos each winter to help improve others' angling. When the weather warms, if I'm not on a boat chasing after bass, walleyes and crappies, I'm usually knee-deep in a trout stream fishing for browns, rainbows and brookies. At the end of the day, I usually have more than a few stories and lessons learned that I share with my readers. Whatever it is that interests your readership in the outdoors, I probably write about it. Share my weekly writings with your readers, or offer up a special assignment - if it happens outdoors, I'll write about it, and you won't be disappointed!
