Cooking is my passion, Italian cuisine is my favorite. I enjoy writing and taste-testing new recipes as well as spending time with my family and friends. This usually includes good food and a glass of wine.

Dutch nationality but born in Nigeria, spent some time in Ghana and Trinidad & Tobago before we moved to Holland where I went to school and obtained a university degree in Italian Language & Literature. Almost 10 years have passed since I moved to Italy; my partner is Italian, my daughter (3 months old!) therefore is Dutch/Italian. For the past 8 years I have worked in Real Estate, but my real passion lies in doing translations, proofreading and writing.
