My daughter and I bring you into our kitchen and we provide recipes and how-to cooking videos for healthy foods, family favorites and foods that we both experience for the first time together.

America's Test Kitchen is a real 2,500 square foot test kitchen located just outside of Boston that is home to more than three dozen full-time cooks and product testers. Our mission is simple: to develop the absolute best recipes for all of your favorite foods. To do this, we test each recipe 30, 40, sometimes as many as 70 times, until we arrive at the combination of ingredients, technique, temperature, cooking time, and equipment that yields the best, most-foolproof recipe. Michael Kitchen is an award-winning writer currently residing in the Metro Detroit area. His passion is writing fiction, and he won the Michigan Bar Journal Short Story Contest in 2009. His nonfiction work includes having co-authored "Down Through the Years" with former Detroit City Council President, Erma Henderson. He served a dual role for a local hockey publication in the mid-90's as a columnist and photographer covering the Detroit Vipers of the IHL. He is a practicing criminal defense attorney.

Ms. Kitchen is a licensed real estate broker with the state of California and also holds a Life license with the California Department of Insurance. As a mother of three grown children she bought and fixed up two properties and rented out another for a few years. It was then that she thought of going into real estate as a licensed agent. She is now a Recruiter and Field Trainer for a real estate office in Chino Hills, California. Her interests include raising toy Chihuahuas, gardening, antiquing and traveling with her husband.

A total foodie...I'm a self taught gourmet cook that dabbles in organic herb, vegetable & fruit gardening however I'm in the process of earning my Culinary Arts degree. Entertaining family & friends with great food made with fresh ingredients and unexpected flavors is my passion. I have an incredible collection of exotic spices, herbs, vinegars & oils that I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with. I was born and raised in Germany and came to the US with my parents in the 1980's. My parents operated a German Restaurant in which I actively participated. After my parents sold their restaurant, I became interested in alternative medicine and worked in the Supplement Department for various health food stores for many years. Then I decided to return to College and received a degree in Interior Design. I am also a certified a Kitchen and Bath Designer. As a studen I placed third in the National Kitchen Design Competition throught the NKBA. I also received the NKBA student of the year award at the College I was attending. I have made my own jewelry for over 20 years, sewed my own clothes, made toys, and dabbled in many other craft projects. I also enjoy gardening and cooking.

As freelance writer I have written about kitchen appliances, motivation, pets, real estate, computer, music, home and garden.

I love food - especially comfort food. I have a deep love affair with kitchen appliances and gadgets, especially ones that my mother or grandmother would have used. I find foreign cuisines fascinating. Foreign (in my mind) can mean something that is found just in the next county or state, never mind country. Above all, I love cooking great recipes, making too much, and sharing what I've made with anybody nearby.

Rose is a freelance medical writer with a background in health care. She has been a freelance medical writer for five years. Rose is also an editor and writes on a variety of other subjects, such as sports. She received double BA in sociology and education with a minor in psychology from Ashford University in August 2011. In April of 2011, she received a certificate in anatomy and physiology, and in June 2011, two additional certificates in fitness and nutrition and sports nutrition. In September of 2011, she will head to Bryant and Stratton College to pursue an Associate s Degree as a Registered Nurse. Rose already has a background in nursing on the LPN level. In October of 2012, she will receive certificates in alternative and natural medicine, drug and alcohol counseling, environmental science and conservation, and forensic science. Rose currently holds a certificate in English and a certificate in criminal justice. As a health care professional, Rose participates in research and writing. She is also an avid volunteer in her community where she teaches a variety of classes, tutors, coaches sports, and works with the homeless and underprivileged. Rose s hobbies include music, art, sports, home decorating and improvement, beauty, traveling, celebrities and entertainment, karaoke, and simply living.

I am a 23 year old CNA in long term care and currently going to nursing school with plans to start my next school within the year. I've also been married for just over a year and have no children.
