Cecelia Martinez is a native of Los Angeles, a graduate of Chapman University, and writes because she loves to. In addition to writing about pets and pet safety, she volunteers at her local animal shelter where she fosters kittens during the spring and summer months, and is the former Director of the Kitten Foster Program.
