I'm a freelance journalist and blogger with a passion for weird and wonderful food, travel and all things Spanish and Latin American. After graduating in Modern Languages I lived and worked in Central America for a year and have recently returned from another stint in South America where I set up an independent travel blog. Culinary highlights have included Amazonian frogs' legs, guinea pig and snake juice….it's great coming back to Marmite on toast and a decent Sunday Roast with all the trimmings though. I'm based in the West Midlands.
