Having trained at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst I continued in progressive reservist Leadership positions after leaving the British Army. I pursued a Sales career in a variety areas including Insurance, Property, Office equipment (Rank Xerox), IT and Recruitment. I have done it, seen it; worn some pretty appalling T-Shirts and am still learning, thinking and solving sales and leadership problems. My last 2 employed positions I was running,fast growing and innovative recruitment business; both of which I disposed of in order to pursue a business that transforms sales forces and fixes the broken part of recruitment, creating long term sustainability for CEOs, Sales Directors, VP Sales and salespeople. I am currently working my way through Antioch University's PhD in Leadership and Change, writing my doctoral dissertation on Sustainability in Higher Education. I also hold a Master of Science in Management from Antioch University New England. I am an avid promoter of all things related to sustainability, which I am convinced must be the leading framework for personal, local, regional and global change in the 21st century. I am also a freelance writer of web content through a variety of online platforms. When not working on sustainability, I am a director, producer and actor with a number of theatre groups in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire and have published one play (so far). I live in Keene with my wife, daughter and two cats. At the moment, however, we're experiencing a different culture by living in Florianópolis on the Island of Santa Catarina, off the southern coast of Brazil.

Zach currently serves as theology teacher, campus minister, and servant leadership coordinator at Benilde - St. Margaret's School near Minneapolis. He has been a teacher of Catholic theology and a student of servant leadership for eleven years. He is a product of Catholic education from first grade through three graduate degrees. He is currently enrolled as a student in the Master of Arts in Servant Leadership at the University of Viterbo in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Before that, he earned a master's degree in education administration from Notre Dame and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Dr. Shalanda R. Judge has been writing for more than 13 years for school papers, newspapers and statewide newsletters. I was born and raised on the gorgeous island of Guam, where my entire family lives still. I now live in beachtown San Clemente, Southern California. I am a singer and was the lead female vocalist for Silk and Soul from 2006 to 2008. I've also written, directed and produced several musical performances and skits in the last 2 years. In 2005, I completed a Leadership program and continued to coach others in a Leadership training program for 5 years. I'm currently a Team Leader responsible for the training and development of a leadership group in Irvine, CA. I've worked in the internet marketing industry since 2001, and currently work as the Online Marketing Manager for a wonderful surf company called Swell. In 2006, I started an organization called KidPrentice which provides apprenticeship resources for Junior High School and High School students. An educator for over 30 years, Maura is a school leadership and diversity expert who has taught all levels of students from grades K-12, as well as adults seeking GEDS, frazzled parents needing child rearing advice, and teachers in graduate school education programs. She has been a reading specialist and teacher of English to both native and non-native speakers of English, and has supervised and evaluated teachers in these subject areas as well as in the area of classroom management of behavior. Currently, she works in an urban high school with over 650 students and their parents to manage their academic, personal, and behavioral issues so that they will successfully graduate and move on to higher education. When not busy with her professional life, Maura is a travel fanatic who enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and faithful canine companion enjoying outdoor activities, especially in the mountains. She particularly likes visiting historical sites and finding great, reasonably priced restaurants and good, inexpensive wines. To relax, Maura practices yoga and reads.
