Grumpy Young Men was created to share the gospel of common sense to the rest of the community. Not afraid to cross boundries in order to instill common sense into other modern day Americans. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Virginia and a nationally certified counselor. I have a vast array of clinical mental health experience (from Addiction to Schizophrenia) and currently have my own private practice in the City of Fairfax, VA. I enjoy working with people to build solutions to whatever issues they are struggling with at that moment and specialize in working with male clients, especially men struggling with stress and depression.

My journey so far has included a 4 year stay with the U.S. Navy along with a 15-plus year career within the automotive industry. San Diego is currently where I reside and call home. Current grad student who has taken a vow of poverty. Although I try to dine on foods finer than raman noodles and burritos I have been known to go on dates for the solid dinner. After living aboard (Italy and South Korea respectively) I've finally settled down in San Francisco. And by settling down I mean desperately searching for a job, a steady income, debating on staying in grad school for my last year, dating a never-ending string of boring men and falling into and out of relationships faster than the speed of love (or hate in most cases).

I have a full-time job that consists of what feels like I bang my head against a brick wall constantly. I'm a college student. I write to relieve. My recent relationships have managed to leave me disappointed on a regular basis. Men are weird, confusing, and a ton o'work. I write to relieve.

Reese graduated from Ithaca College in May '09 with a bachelor's of science in Exercise Science.
