I teach at California State University, East Bay and have taught as a visiting professor at universities in eight different countries. I have written books and articles in psychopharmacology, research methodology, philosophy, and medical practices. Military: Before entering college, Phil Richardson served four years in the US Navy as a Fire Control Technician (radar controlled guns) and traveled all over the world visiting all the continents except Australia and including Antarctica. He has written a book about his time in the Navy. Current major business challenge The marketing of Ram Card Manager has posed a major challenge, I have identified the need for a vertical market call centre specializing in the life cycles of credit cards, pre and after sales including FICA,NCA and Fraud Spend Detection, this coupled with only a handfull of banks to market too makes it more interesting!
