belinda devineI am a 32 year old single mom to six children. I have always had artistic abilities such as writing; poetry, reports, articles, and more. I am also into cartoon drawing, portraits, and odd stuff. Right now I am registering to start college at Empire State.
Rachelle BraunstI am a 28 years old, married with a sweet rambunctious 1 year old little boy. I currently live in Oklahoma, was born and raised in Alabama. I am pretty easy going, it's hard for me to get angry, actually it's ridiculously hard for me to get angry...just an odd fact. I love people, animals, I'm quiet, but not antisocial. I guess I'm a shy at first kind of person. I'm a common sense kinda girl.
Whitney WordenI'm a student at SUNY Cortland. My major is Professional Writing (yes, I know it's an odd title for a major, just trust me, it's legitimate). I'm 22, still dating my one and only high school sweetheart, and love my job as a general worker at Residential Services.
Cody Hohlhiya, my names Cody Hohl! Despite the boyish ties, i'm actual a girl. I'm pursuing photography in Philadelphia and aspire to make a living in photojournalism. Enough about the boring stuff: I'm completely obsessed with the movie transformers, shopping & whitening my teeth. That is definitely an odd combination right? I look to john mayer for life guidance & eye candy of course. I have a eye for weird pairs honestly, I like to say it's creativity and not just bizarrness, yes I just made that word up too. All-in-all i'm just me, & I love this beautiful life.
Doug MileskiAfter being born in Grand Rapids, Michigan I enjoyed many suburban childhood adventures in the neighborhood until my parents divorce when I was nine. After that, mom moved us to the city itself and I had my first experience interacting with anyone that wasn't white. To this day I find it odd that I was already 10 years old before I realized there were people of color here in the USA. Since then, I have tried hard to distance myself from my mono-cultural roots and really enjoy learning about different people, cultures and customs, some abroad, but many right in my back yard. From Grand Rapids we moved to southern California, where I stayed a few years, but mom stayed over 25 years, so I never really lost touch with it. I went to Michigan State University for undergrad and for law school. In my undergraduate studies I got sidetracked in my final academic year and didn't so much quit college as just stopped going. It was a few years and a move to New Orleans later before I got back on track to finishing my degree. It was in New Orleans that I met my wife, who was there for a year as an au pair. Eventually, her year in the US ended and she returned to Sweden. For several years we dated long distance (really really long distance). Finally, after her turning down my three marriage proposals, we broke up only to re-unite six months later. That reunion led me to move to Sweden. I had already been there several times and had studied Swedish at the university in Linkoping, so I could speak the language passably. While there I applied to law school, she asked me to marry her, I said yes (we exchanged vows in a beautiful 1,000 year old church), I got into law school and we moved to East Lansing, Michigan with 2 bikes, 4 suitcases and 8 boxes. Now its 11 years later and we have 3 children 8 bikes, more boxes than I care to count and a house filled with stuff. My working career before law school involved working with traumatic brain injuries and
A. MartinezHi there! I am currently a student at a UC campus, a junior my major is history with an emphasis on legal studies. I want to be a lawyer. I am a closeted TV addict and a very happy foodie. I love to cook and eat new foods. I read the news daily, mostly the NY Times and Wall Street Journal. I love movies, especially indie ones. Fringe is my favorite TV show and possibly the best on TV now. I read a lot mostly a combination of fiction and nonfiction. I like the Sookie series, murder mystery, supernatural, medical, legal, comedy, romance novels. I love science and medicine. I like to travel and have a love for airports that everybody finds odd. I have two dogs that are really odd and strangely adorable. I like all kinds of art especially impressionist stuff. Pretty much i'm just a sponge, I pick up a lot of stuff and I love learning.
KatWell I come from an itty bitty state that many people don't even realizes that it exists. I'm an odd quirky person whom might write some interesting stuff every once in a while. My sense of wit might be a little abrasive but please don't take anything to heart~
David ChesanowDavid Chesanow grew up in East Islip, Long Island. After sparing humanity by bombing out of the premed program at Johns Hopkins University, he majored in history (his real passion, not science) and somehow barely managed to get his B.A. in 1978. He moved to Manhattan, briefly attended Columbia University's School of Advanced International Affairs and worked odd jobs before being hired as a copy editor at Dell Publishing Company, enabling him to draw a salary while indulging his love of books. Despite having a great apartment in SoHo, David pursued his dream of moving to Japan in 1985, where he taught English in Tochigi Prefecture and Hokkaido (the northernmost of the five main islands) and developed a lifelong hatred of snow. In 1999, he moved back to the U.S. with his wife and three sons and settled in the South Puget Sound area of Washington State, reestablishing himself as a freelance copy editor for New York book publishers while also embarking on an exciting new career as a starving writer for www.americollector.com -- a website dedicated to history, collecting, exclusive interviews; "What the experts collect", auction information, various exhibits and collector shows around the Pacific Northwest and beyond. David is interested in a wide range of pop-cultural subjects, from doo-wop to roadside Americana to tattooing. An inveterate collector on a perpetually limited budget, he tries to limit himself to vintage boxing memorabilia, unusual autograph letters and off-beat illustration; sometimes he's successful. He approaches collecting as student of history - i.e., as a means to preserve and build on our body of knowledge of a subject - and not as the mindless accumulation of "stuff." He especially promotes collecting as a great educational pursuit for kids, believing you can still have a lot of fun and learn a lot while doing it on the cheap.

Dusti Sparks-MyersI enjoy writing articles about everything from legal (and sometimes controversial) issues, opinions, short stories, and making slideshows.
Michael SegersI'm old enough to know better, but too young to admit it. I've been a teacher, owner of a sandwich shop, collector of neckties, acupuncture student. Now I get bossed around by my parrot and rejoice that I don't waste any trees when I write.
