Vanessa PauuI am currently a starving student/unemployed chef. I am living in the state that I was raised in, but not born, good ole Utah. The home of green jello and fry sauce. I fell in love with cooking when I was about four years old. I can pin point the exact moment when everything felt right in the world and I fondly refer to that moment as 'the peanut butter and jelly sandwich day'. I've made my culinary mistakes through out life and believe that they are the best tools for learning that one can have. I am always continuing my education and searching for knowledge. There are few and far between experiences in life that make you feel more accomplished then learning something new, whether it be something you've struggled with all your life, or stumbled upon by accident, the feeling increasing your IQ level, however slight is wonderful. Of course I don't have any kids or anything so, for me, learning is the best feeling in the world.
