The newest and the latest is of great interest to me; researching and documenting these advances is what I aim to do. As new software, cell phones, televisions, podcasts, media or dotcom's rise and fall, I am on top of it and here to document it all.

Mary is a lover of History and Hollywood, and a brand new fan of L.A. Kings Hockey! She is a Yahoo! Featured Contributor in Arts and Entertainment, and writes five Movie Beats, including a weekly summary of Hollywood movie events in Los Angeles, local screening quote roundups, Awards season articles and an Awards Tweet beat! She lives in the suburbs northeast of Los Angeles. She proudly obtained a JD degree from Loyola Law School, a BA from California State University, Northridge with a major in History, and an AA degree from Glendale Community College. She is the first in her family to graduate from college. Mary has worked as a public servant and trial attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and as a civil rights attorney. She has also worked in the private sector as an office manager/finance administrator, as well as a small-business entrepreneur and computer consultant. She has been married for over 30 years to the love of her life, and has two adult children. She also has been lucky to be adopted by a dog named Stella, or as we affectionately call her, the 'amazing half dog-half alien being.' Mary has published numerous articles in newspapers and on the internet. She is currently writing a romance novel with her sister Tracy, and an action/adventure novel of her own. Graduated Babson College located in Wellesley, Massachusetts with a triple major in Communications, Marketing & Entrepreneurial Studies with a Bachelors of Science degree. I am a free lance writer focusing on anything from sports to politics to comedy. I have produced my own sports podcasts and create content as well. Muriel Glasgow, MPH Formerly with UNiCEF for three decades plus, Ms Glasgow was responsible for highlighting and integrating the participation and involvement of communities at the village level in UNICEF-assisted drinking water, hygiene and sanitation programmes in various countries. The main thrust was to design, develop, implement strategies at field level to influence UNICEF policies at national and international levels. She developed a Community Participatory Audit to support the field level integration of these aspects into projects and programmes. The Audit is also a tool for project staff and governments to monitor and evaluate the extent of community involvement in the project or programme. Ms Glasgow worked very closely with communities as she travelled across the globe appreciating at first hand their culture, daily workloads, livelihoods and lifestyles and the impact of these on the socioeconomic conditions of families. Using her experience at community/village, Ms Glasgow has been invited to sit on Boards of many NGOs (e.g. HEAFA '" Health and Education Alliance for Africa; the Vihara Foundation,,,) to help keep their focus and their attention to community involvement at the outset of project planning and design, to ensure that there is community ownership throughout implementation and hand-over. Ms Glasgow envisions the role technology can play, if addressed correctly, in propelling communities out of their immediate and challenging situations and empowering them to work up and out of poverty. I am a student pursuing a bachelors degree in telecommunications at Florida State College. I am very opionated but not self righteous in my opinions I always read or listen to someone elses ideas and try to see if they fit into my own reality tunnel. I am an avid & passionate, motorcyclist, grandmother and rights advocate. As a Certified Michigan Peer Supports Specialist (MPSS) I am the writer of the MPSS Leadership Training. I have been involved with NAMI Michigan Education and Training for twelve years. I am a NAMI National Board Member and am a National Trainer in two programs; In Our Own Voice and Connection. Twenty-two years ago, when I was in my late 30s, I received a mental illness/psychiatric diagnosis or two. Or three. Some were right. Some were wrong. Some different diagnoses have been added along the way. For a while I truly thought I had a revolving door diagnosis, whatever psychiatrist who was on the other side of the door that someone shoved me in; was the flavor of the month. None of the diagnoses have ever been removed, even when it made no sense to keep all of them. It doesn't really matter what those diagnoses are since most of them didn't work out in recovery for me. Now I spend most of my time writing; ac articles, training, education courses, producing videos and podcasts. I am in the process of bringing up blogs in leadership and recovery.
