My primary objective is to find a job that will provide a challenging opportunity for me to contribute to the development of a company. I began writing professionally in 1988 but it s during the last 3 years that I have developed wide-ranging skills in such areas as, article spinning, proofreading spun articles with spin syntax, copywriting, copy editing, and internet marketing. Kerry also teaches TRX Suspension Training, ZUMBA and Indoor Cycling (Spinning) classes. Kerry also has over ten years of journalism experience. She has written for Rolling Stone, The Associated Press, MTV.com, Vh1.com, Time Out New York, and several newspapers. She has edited several fitness, stretching and strength training books.

I am a mom of two boys by day and a librarian by night. In whatever free time I can squeeze in I enjoy most fiber arts, such as knitting, spinning, felting and dyeing. I write to keep sharp, and to keep in touch with my inner English major.

Kay's passion is writing. Throughout her career, she has written extensively on legal issues and developed training materials as an IT contract manager and independent grant writer. In her mid forties, Kay went back to school and earned a Juris Doctorate while working full time and raising three children. Her professional background has included working with Native American tribes and organizations - she was the editor of a quarterly newspaper for the Seventh Generation Fund, an Indigenous nonprofit in Northern California and has written extensively for the last remaining Native American weekly newspaper in California. She has collaborated with in-house attorneys to develop contracts and has created and presented educational materials describing legal procedures, nonprofit and board development, research and grant writing. Kay's an outdoors type of person who balances writing with her love of colors and textures that she uses in dyeing, spinning, weaving, beadwork, painting, growing roses and photography. She has displayed her original artwork in galleries throughout California. Cats, including feral kittens, also play a major part in her life!

Born in '42, married in '63. Three children (2 boys, 1 girl) later, divorced in 73'. Raised my children alone, remarried in 86', bought a farm and had a good life. Hubby died in 08'. I began knitting at the age of 6. My Father had an evergreen nursery, so I learned about gardening from early on too. To this day weeding is an activity that I enjoy and do a lot of. After my husband passed away, I took up spinning. Between my hobbies, my blogging, and just living I keep myself fairly well occupied.

The business of cycling has become a second career for me. It is a veritable collision of my passion for cycling and an insatiable thirst to create something new. After being certified as a SpinningÃÆ''šÃ'šÃ‚® instructor, I landed in Heart ZonesÃÆ''šÃ'šÃ‚® territory under the mentorship of Sally Edwards, where I became a Master Trainer; the go-to-guy for Training with Power. This work with power lead me to writing the first book produced for training with indoor power bikes, Power Training. I am also a certified USA Cycling coach, and in 2007 opened Global Ride Training Center, an Indoor Cycling, Yoga & Pilates studio in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. Along the way though, I had a vision for "bringing the outside in", and through this process have combined a life long hobby of video editing to create Global Ride Productions, a video production company that creates virtual cycling DVDs. Despite having 2 bachelor degrees, a masters degree in public health, and being a former entrepreneur of the year, I have come face to face with the unique challenges of the fitness industry However, my background has provide me with a unique perspective. The combination of facility owner, cycling coach/indoor instructor, software designer, and my continued involvement in racing eventually led me to the founding of Cycling FusionÃÆ'¢'Ã...¾Ã'šÃ‚¢. As the CEO of Cycling Fusion, I am working with industry leaders in the pursuit of merging indoor and outdoor cycling under one roof for both improved performance for the outdoor rider, and better fitness for those who prefer to stay inside. This will be no small undertaking, as the intention is to have a nation wide impact to upgrade Indoor Cycling programs across the country.
