I am a former software engineer turned Mummy Blogger who has given up coding to become a stay at home mummy to Ben, a very energetic toddler who is averse to sleep, loves running about, climbing, strawberries, my iPad and generally anything he shouldn't have. Originally from Cork, Ireland I moved to London in 2004 where I now live with my husband, son and our little chihuahua, Coco. My blog, Mummy’s Space is my place to share my adventures in motherhood and how I see the world. Regular features include iPad and iPhone app reviews, reviews of baby items and family days out along with sharing my thoughts on society and participation in photography link ups such as The Gallery, Silent Sunday and more recently The 366 Project (a photo everyday for the year). Generally if there is something I want to share or keep a memory of recorded I do so by blogging. I also blog occasionally for the Huffington Post UK and I find I write about more topical, often news related subjects there.
