  • Orly Ely
Simply stated, I love life! I have a rare childhood, very sane and normal. Lots of love from my parents until my life was sucker punched with the loss of my father. I was blessed to find him again in the man I married and now have 2 beautiful kids. An 8 year old little girl who loves everything on this earth too and knows exactly what she wants and a 5 year old who is fascinated by everything outside of earth. They are both determined but free spirited, like their mommy. I'm my greatest supporter and cheerleader and don't believe anything is beyond reach. I also believe that attitude is contagious so I'm here to spread the virus..called happiness and gratitude.

  • Yungsi Ernest Kiyah
Yungsi Ernest Kiyah was born in Cameroon, on November 7th 1977 to a family of five children. His Dad, who was a journalist, died in 1987. Perhaps he studied journalism because of his father's influence since the only vivid memories he has of his father is that he always read books and stories to him. So, by the time Dad passed away, even though Ernest was only 10 years old, he had already developed a strong passion for reading. When Ernest got into the journalism program at the Anglo-Saxon university of Buea in Cameroon, he worked as news editor for “the Chariot,” a newspaper produced by the students of that department. Then he started sending short stories to the BBC Focus on Africa program and two of his stories, aired on January 17th 2002 and January 31st 2002, entitled "First Visit" and "Nature's Call," won prizes. After he got a job to teach English in China in September 2002 Ernest began working on his first novel "To immigrate or to live happily ever after?" By the end of 2003 he finished writing the book but lost all the information due to a computer virus. He re-wrote the entire book and by 2008 it was self-published. He wrote a column called "Honest Ernest" in a magazine in Dalian called "Kelton." Ernest has also worked as news a freelance editor for Dalian TV’s channel 5 News (English edition). His greatest inspiration for writing comes from the face-to-face conversations he conducts with his ESL students in China and his deep observation of life in China and abroad. But what makes Ernest a good writer is the fact that he loves to read and do sports.

  • Poe Osbourne
I'm a self-employed graphic designer who works too much. Since I'd rather be writing instead of placing interesting text next to an image of a hamburger explaining how to buy one and receive the second of equal or lesser.... well, you get the idea. My job sucks, so I now share my dismal contributions with you, for no other reason than... well, I can. As for qualifications, I'm a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks, and from my experiences being born and raised in Tampa, FL and dealing with more clients than one graphic designer should ever attempt to handle, I've learned everything from marketing and sales techniques all the way down to how to properly kill a Windows virus that no one else can remove. In other words, I'm a renaissance man without quite as many skills and I rarely wear medieval attire, except on some Thursday mornings for no reason whatsoever. Oh, and anything life didn't teach me, I learned from Google. It's the best higher learning institution available for the lowest price of admission. Discount heart surgery, anyone? I take Paypal!

  • Whyte Panther
Whyte Panther -- Born and most likely conceived under the Verrazzano Bridge in Brooklyn, NY (god how my mom LOVES it when I tell that part). I am now living in the south east corner of Arizona in Geronimo's old stomping grounds. Sometimes life throws you unexpected curves that change your life forever. Stumbling across this beautiful part of the country is one of the most amazing blessings I have ever been given. If you had told me three short years ago that I'd be known as "Luigi, the Brooklyn born italian cowboy" I would have just about fallen over. Spreading joy and a hunger for more of it is now my task in life. I've inherited a Karaoke DJ gig at a local watering hole and have been "infecting" folks with the "let the song flow from your heart" virus almost to the point of an epidemic. When the spirit moves me I jot down a word or three and over time I'll be sharing those words here. Find your joy... cling tightly to it... and share it with all you know and love.

I am definatley viewing the world with a Boomer sensibility. My generation has seen so many changes in the world, we witnessed the birth of Rock and Roll and saw it through it's heyday. We made up the audience of millions that watched as Elvis, "The Fab Five", and then the The Jackson Five made their historical appearances on "The Ed Sullivan Show" Now Stars are made on a completely differnt media, and the Television as we knew it is a thing of the past, particualry since the last anlog signal was brocast last year the new signal cannot be picked up by "rabbit ear" aentenna.. My generation saw the Polio virus licked, Huge and Historical strides made on the Civil Rights front, We watched as man walked on the moon, and manny, many other historical, newsworthy events.. As children we obediently crouched beneath our desks routinely in prepatory drill, should the bombs be dropped by our enemies at the time- the Soviets.. We were taught to mistrust and fear the Communists and everything that was red, Imagine our suprize at Glastnost, with the fall of the Berlin wall, but that's what it's about, from my perspective how things have come full cirlcle
