I was born onto a Commodore 64 and have been a child of technology ever since. Recently I've concluded mt 32 month tenure as the director of operations for our local real estate investor association (MnREIA) receiving an incredibly hands on crash course in investing in real estate. In total I've accumulated over a decade of web designs and development experience with a flavorful infusion art and culture via time spent abroad in Buenos Aires. With a passion as fierce as tango I've made the leap to self employment and commercial web development. My heart belongs to business, real estate, and internet development with a single end goal in mind... To one day own an inventory of cash flowing properties that will fund an early retirement in Buenos Aires where I can develop the most comprehensive Argentina travel guide website as a non profit venture. Currently I'm developing commercial grade content management systems for small businesses. At this moment I'm working on developing a commercial venture to create a system for apartment buildings to manage and communicate with tenants. Never a boring day!

Among numerous awards he won a presidential commendation in 1976 for his contributions to the bicentennial year including the design of the west coast premier of William Grant Still's opera BAYOU LEGEND.

With more than fifteen years in various consulting & management capacities with Fortune 500 and independently owned companies, Debbie Tindle has simultaneously directed multiple operations with industriousness, improvisation, enthusiasm, and creativity. Having consulted with a variety of industries ranging from retail companies, service centered organizations, technology firms, and start-ups, the depth and breadth of her experiences result in rich business writing & copywriting, signature web designs, and thorough organizational development. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, magna cum laude, in 1990 from Georgia State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), summa cum laude, in 2004 from Kennesaw State University. While earning a Master's degree, Debbie was a Presidential Fellow assisting in the theory, development, & implementation of leadership frameworks for the University and larger community. Carmella Mae Dunkin is a photographer, writer, singer, artist, web designer, wife & mother of 8. Carmella loves singing, photographing everything she see s, writing, (including plays and skits), designing websites and graphic arts, she also enjoys sewing, crafting of all types, especially fusing glass in her kiln and crafting gourds! Carmella enjoys writing about the things that effect her daily life, like food and chemical sensitivities, including celiac disease and fibromyalgia, along with recipes to help these issues. Carmella also enjoys writing poetry and of course, being a photo buff, you are sure to see some writings about the beautiful Colorado mountains she lives in, complete with awesome photos of the area!
