Ingredients: 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg Unsalted Butter 1/2 Lemon Honey Powdered Sugar Granulated Sugar FILO Dough 1 cup Chopped Walnuts 6 Apples 1/2 cup brandy 1 cup golden raisins Instructions: Begin by slowly melting your butter in a saucepan Preheat oven to 350 degrees Peel and slice your apples about 1/4 inches thick Saute apples on high heat with 1/4lb butter Add 1 cup brown sugar Add 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Add 1-teaspoon nutmeg Carefully unwrap FILO Dough Stack 7 layers of filo dough with melted butter and sugar. Drizzle your stacked Filo dough with some honey Once apples have begun to caramelize add 1 cup walnuts. Add 1/2 cup brandy Add 1/2 lemon juice. Add 1 cup golden raisins. Fill Filo dough with finished apple filling. Roll Strudel Place into oven on baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30min or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven, once cooled slice and portion. Add Pwdrd Sugar

Today I'd like to share with you one of my favorite treats: Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding. Ingredients: 8 Small Crumbled Biscuits (day old) ¼ Brown Sugar 1 egg 1-½ Tablespoons Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon All Spice ½ cup finely chopped apple Soymilk - as needed Nutmeg Prep: Take your biscuits and place them in a bowl. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and all spice. Add your apple and then stir in your egg. Take your soymilk and pour it in to a consistency that resemble soup or the coverage needed for a dry cereal. Do not over pour! Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Let it crust but do not let it dry out.
