    It's China's first naval mission outside Chinese waters in centuries. Three Chinese naval vessels have set sail for the Gulf of Aden off the coast of Somalia in the Indian Ocean to help tackle rampant piracy. The fleet -- two destroyers and a supply ship -- have about 800 crew, including 70 special operations troops. They'll join a multinational naval force already patrolling the area, including vessels from the United States. The last time Chinese warships sailed to Africa was some 600 years ago, when Ming Dynasty eunuch Admiral Zheng He commanded one of the world's mightiest armadas on a diplomatic mission.
