Morgan Stanley raised its price target for Fresh Del Monte Produce (NYSE:FDP) to $25 from $23 and maintained its equal-weight rating.The bank sees 2011 EPS of $2.15, vs. consensus estimates of $2.17 per share.Fresh Del Monte Produce is currently above its 50-day moving average (MA) of $26.25 and above its 200-day of $22.74.

The FDA will review a Mela Sciences (NASDAQ: MELA) device, to determine whether it is hurting rather than helping. The 'MelaFind' machine is supposed to check patients for the deadliest skin cancer - melanoma. Although, it is not meant to be a diagnostic product. It provides recommendations. The 'MelaFind' is designed help reduce unnecessary biopsies. The device captures images, runs complex algorithms and tries to match them with a database of thousands of lesion images. Currently, doctors scan patient's skin for irregular lesions with their eyes, or by magnifying glass, and remove anything unusual. The Food and Drug Administration says the Mela device needs a new clinical trial. An FD General and Plastic Surgery Devices Panel will review the product on November 18th. MELA is currently down over 54% midday on Tuesday, to a price of $2.91.
