Express Scripts (NASDAQ:ESRX) reported Q4 EPS of 71 cents, topping consensus estimates of 70 cents per share. Revenue in the quarter totaled $11.3 billion, below the Street target of $11.52 billion. EBITDA rose 35% to $658.9 million.The company affirmed guidance and sees 2011 EPS of $3.15-$3.25 (vs. a Street estimate of $3.22 per share).Chairman and CEO George Paz said, "During the year, we completed the migration of NextRx membership to our systems while continuing to serve existing clients and patients. In the first quarter, we will decommission the NextRx systems and complete the rationalization of our operational footprint. Our strong fourth quarter and full year results demonstrate our ability to successfully execute our business model of alignment that optimizes health outcomes while driving out waste."Shares of Express Scripts closed fractionally lower during the regular session.
