Exxon Mobil (XOM) posted a 23 percent drop in fourth quarter earnings today, which was better than analysts had estimated and the stock is trading higher on the news. The largest publicly traded oil company in the world said it earned $6.05 billion, or $1.27 per share, verse analysts' estimates of $1.19.
