Plain Jane Original, Cajun Chocolate, Strawberry, and Ambrosia cheesecakes can be made gluten-free at no extra cost. She is very knowledgeable about checking and re-checking ingredient lists to make sure everything is safe. She is also very careful to not contaminate any utensils or ingredients while preparing your special cheesecake. Just request it be made gluten-free when placing your order and she will take care of the rest.

The greatest thing about Sublime Desserts & More is that they deliver to you. No need to run to the bakery or store when trying to plan the rest of your event, as Kim will personally drive to your house and drop off your cheesecake. The cheesecake will arrive in a very cute box tied with ribbon and a business card, which adds the perfect personal touch.

I am very pleased with Kim's ability to custom make any cheesecake and to have it at your doorstep in a timely manner. She requests orders be placed a week in advance but is willing to do rush orders. She is very sweet and will make sure you are 100% satisfied.
