I finally found the answer I was subliminal CD's it didn't matter if I wasn't paying attention, ,my brain still heard the messages, although I did not. In fact it suggested that you sleep while you listen to the soothing music, because your brain is relaxed and will picked up more of the message.
I was skeptical, so I tried one called no negative thoughts, so I popped the CD in, put it on repeat and went to bed. In the morning I woke up and went to work, being a phlebotomist, I get hit daily with people who just in a lack of words just tick you off, you always end up thinking negative, like "what a moron", or "cant they read the sign that I am not X-RAY?" Not on this day. I could not do it I could not have a negative thought, it was like my brain was telling me no. From that point on I became a believer, in subliminal therapy.
http://www.subliminal-power.com is a great place to help you find subliminal tool that runs on your PC. According to the site:
"Bradley's Subliminal Power tool lets you achieve all that you want to achieve in a fraction of the time and with absolutely NO effort whatsoever! It's a little tool that runs in the background on your PC, making carefully constructed 'suggestions' to your subconscious while you get on with your work. It's the mental equivalent of those abdominal exercisers that let you do 3,000 press ups while sitting in a chair! With Bradley's technology you can raise your IQ to genius level, develop astonishing powers of concentration and recall, become a 'natural' salesperson or public speaker and even 'command' your body to lose weight. You can use subliminal messaging to be who YOU want to be with absolutely NO effort on your behalf!
It's far more powerful than hypnosis ... in fact, I'd go so far as to say it's the most powerful tool for self-empowerment there is."
My friend knew I used a CD to help me with negative thoughts, since she sits eight hours a day at her computer she took advantage of this tool to her help quit smoking. After two days her desire for a cigarette, was non existent, and she is no six months smoke free. It goes to show that this can help you. What is nice you program this tool so no matter what you want to achieve, it will help you.
