Sugar Beats Sweets is a vegan bakery. So vegans can have yummy treats just like everyone else. Even if you are not a vegan, you may enjoy the food here. The food is not only vegan but they even make as much of the food they can organic and fair trade. The organic ingredients help to make these treats great for vegan and non-vegan alike.
The one thing that Sugar Beats Sweets is certainly known for is its cupcakes. Cupcakes are very popular right now so you can imagine that this has helped the popularity of Sugar Beats Sweets. The cupcakes look just like any regular cupcake so don't be afraid of the fact they are vegan.
Besides the cupcakes Sugar Beats Sweets also makes other bakery treats that are popular as well. They also make cakes. From what I hear the wedding cake is very popular it seems like more wedding cakes are sold then any other cake here but probably not. They also have lotso of interesting and imaginative flavors such apple pie, snickerdoodle, citrus dreamsicle, and for peanut butter lovers they even have a peanut butter flavored cupcake.
I hear they are great about making things last minute. They are also very good about getting back to e-mails. They are happy to make special orders. The only bad thing about Sugar Beats Sweets is that they do not accept credit cards. Sugar Beats Sweets is also moderately priced but vegan food tends to cost more and considering the high quality and expensive ingredients being used as well as being in San Francisco the food is actually much cheaper then you would expect.
Sugar Beats Sweets is a great place to try your first vegan food. Sugar Beats Sweets is good whether or not you are a vegan and I would recommend it to anyone.
