This is a recipe I found among my Mom's pile of recipes. She had a star on it so it has to be good.
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
1 egg
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to Bake at 350 degrees.
2 oz diabetic chocolate candy (cut into small pieces)
Cream Splenda and margarine, then add , non-fat dry milk, vanilla, egg and water.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add chocolate candy to the dough and fold in.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
