First of all lets get prepared. A few ingredients your going to need for this sugar free recipe are as follows:

1 Package of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

1 Package of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

16 Individual graham cracker squares (or you could use 1/2 cup of crumbs)

2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, grated

1/2 cup of sugar-free whipped topping (This is optional)

1/2 cup of raspberries (or other berry, this is also optional)

First, In separate bowls, prepare the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes following the steps on the pudding packages. Secondly, Cover the bowls and refrigerate both of the puddings. Crush your graham crackers into crumbs. Next, Spread a tablespoon of vanilla pudding into the glass. Top it with a tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs. Then, Top with a tablespoon of chocolate pudding, followed by a tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs. Repeat this process until your glass is almost full. Next, take your grated chocolate and garnish your parfait's. Lastly, add a dollop of whipped topping and your chosen berries if you wish.
