When you see no added sugar this is what it really means. The all natural version has a large amount of sugar already. Fat free on a label really means, it is full of chemicals and sugar. Sugar free really means it has all the other artificial flavors that are worse for you. Reduced fat means high in carbohydrates. Low fat means high glycemic.
If these foods are really not healthy for us, then what foods are actually good for us and what is eating healthy? We believe all vegetables are good for us, although if we are not growing our own vegetables just how healthy are the vegetables we are eating with all the chemicals and pesticides sprayed on them. The healthiest vegetables for us are the ones we grow ourselves without using chemicals or pesticides. The vegetables we purchase in grocery stores can be a source of healthy food if we wash them good before we consume them. Well think about it, these vegetables are sprayed with chemicals and pesticides that just rest on the plants. These chemicals and pesticides are surely getting soaked into the vegetables where it is impossible to wash all the chemicals and pesticides off.
We all know there are good carbohydrates and there are bad carbohydrates. Reduced fat means there is a large amount of carbohydrates in the food, most likely it is the bad carbohydrates. Best thing to do is to research and see what the good carbohydrates are and make sure you purchase foods that only have the good carbohydrates, or that are very low in bad carbohydrates.
Artificial flavoring is not healthy for you. Researching ingredients on the labels of foods you are purchasing is a smart thing to do. When purchasing food and reading the labels a some say artificial flavoring and that is all they tell you. Most do not tell you what these artificial flavors are or if they are unhealthy for you and why would they. The less they have to tell you the more sales they will have.
Foods that are high in gycemic are the foods you really want to stay away from. Glycemic is actually linked to high blood sugar and heart disease.
It is next to impossible to eat healthy every time you consume food although, if you do your research the odds are better for you to lead a healthy and longer life. Educate yourself on ingredients and other things you read on labels, this will help you understand the risk you are taking when you are consuming these products.
