Sugar-Free Frosting

This is a simple recipe, and absolutely delicious! There is no sugar, has a respectable carbohydrate level (6.8g), but it is NOT low in fat (34%)! Of course, that's because of the whipping cream. But, it is delicious, and makes a bunch!

Sugar Free Frosting

2 (1 ounce) boxes sugar-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)

1 cup skim milk

3 cups heavy whipping cream

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer at low speed until pudding is dissolved. Increase speed and whip until it is spreading consistency. (Increase the speed gradually, because it will splatter all over the place if you set the speed too high in the beginning! Just keep increasing the speed, and it will turn to a wonderful creamy taste bud delight!

NOTE: Must be refrigerated.
