3. Cain Park Arts Festival

This cultural festival and parade celebrates Puerto Rican Culture. The parade offers many colorful floats and amazing performers. At this festival you will find tons of cultural foods, entertainers, and events. You'll think you're in Puerto Rico.

5. Cleveland's Irish Cultural Festival

At this amazing cultural festival, you can enjoy music from many great artists including Tommy Fleming (Ireland Platinum artist), Dennis Doyle (Celtic harpist and singer), and Seven Nations.
