The experienced Division directors are assigned specific age groups of children who work closely with camp counselors to assure that each age group of the children's needs are met accordingly, and all new campers are assigned a teenaged big brother or sister that will make any child feel instantly at ease with their new surroundings.

The busy schedule at Lake Greeley camp keeps children busy from morning until night, leaving them little time to miss home. The Greeley summer camp program runs from June 26^th through August 18^th, and the prices vary from $1,500 for a mini session to $6,800 for a full season. Additional fee's for the canteen starts at $50.00 for the mini session to $200.00 for a full season. The canteen gives the children a daily allowance of two items from the snack shop, and it is optional.

The activities at Lake Greeley Camp site are quite extensive with a full range of team and individual sports that offer top of the line equipment and facilities to the children, and no matter what your child's interests are, the camp site more than likely offers it. From archery and gymnastics, to skate boarding, hockey, soccer, baseball, football, golf, and weight-lifting, they have it. The camp site also features inter-camp competitions, leagues and games that involve everyone, and the children love to show off their skills that they have achieved through daily practice and from just having fun being involved with a group of other kids with the same interests.

Lake Greeley Camp also offers a horseback program for children that love horse riding on easy to follow trails while trotting, and learning the basic care of horses. The horse program has seasoned trainers with eight qualified college level riders that will show your children the ropes on everything from competitions to horse shows, and overnight picnics that include riding the trails and the stable management program.

Children that prefer the arts over sports can enjoy making pottery, learning about theater production, dance, music, becoming a DJ, or learn the basics of tie dying, and leather works. Of course no camp site is complete unless there is some fishing and water sports involved, along with kayaking, tubing, canoeing, swimming, sailing, and wind surfing.

The Lake Greeley Camp site wouldn't be complete without an Olympic size swimming pool, and they just happen to have one on hand. Water aquatics are a favorite pass time in the pool, along with water polo, snorkeling, aerobics, and Polar Bear swimming. The huge "L" shaped swimming pool is the prime location for the children to engage in the LGC water carnival, camp carnival, and the water Olympics.

A camp favorite is the unique flying trapeze which was designed to give children a boost of self-esteem and confidence while they are learning something that is fun and good for them. Skilled specialists guide your child daily on the thrills of flying high on the trapeze. They eventually get comfortable enough to attempt tricks that are completely safe since the trapeze has been protected by nets, safety lines, harnesses, and spotters.

Lake Greeley Camp has left nothing to chance as they are constantly looking for activities to include to their already busy daily itinerary. Your child will experience new friendships, and learn about everything from rock climbing to orientation skills. The activities are endless, and the programs continue well into the evening with themed social dances, pool parties, Cajun scrambles, campfires, drama shows, and a lucky lotto counselor hunt. Children aged 6 to 15 are welcome at Lake Greeley, with a limited enrollment of 350 campers. The activities were planned for all of the children, no matter what their age level, and the trained counselors over see that the children mingle well together, and that they are all comfortable and enjoying their time at the camp.

Campers are bunked according to grade and session in modern cabins, complete with bathroom facilities which include showers, toilets, sinks, hot and cold water, electrical outlets and windows with screens designed for cross ventilation. There are approximately 8 to 15 campers in a cabin along with, at least two college-age counselors.

Emergency medical treatment is only 10 miles away at the Lords Valley Medical Center, and Lake Greeley camp has three registered nurses on staff at the infirmary to see to the children's health as needed.

Lake Greeley Camp serves meals cafeteria style with nutritious foods that have been rated as delicious. The three course meals include fruit, salad, vegetables, milk, and juice. There is a wide variety of foods included on the menu that even offers junk food, and the children are not limited to how much food they can eat. Reunions are offered to the children so that they can meet up with friends that they made while attending camp.
