Camp Sangamon is a camp for boys ages 9-15, and is located in Pitsford, Vermont. The cost per week is between $500 and $650. This camp strives to teach boys independence and responsibility. This camp strives to teach the girls independent and responsible thinking, and how to become an achiever in life. This camp focuses on building self-reliance and resourcefulness by teaching outdoor skills and adventure sports. No matter which camp you choose for your kids, be sure to take the time to visit the camp - in person if possible - or at least visit their website, ask a lot of questions of the staff and counselors, and talk to others who have been to the camp before and get their opinion. Most of all, let your kids be part of the decision making process since they are the ones who will be spending their time there.

    When i was a kid, i went to a camp here at stone mountain park, in Ga, during the summer. It wasnt too expensive and it was fun. Good job of your list of camps! :)
