No matter which camp you choose for your kids, be sure to take the time to visit the camp - in person if possible - or at least visit their website, ask a lot of questions of the staff and counselors, and talk to others who have been to the camp before and get their opinion. Most of all, let your kids be part of the decision making process since they are the ones who will be spending their time there.
