Summer Festivals in Washington

Washington state goes festival crazy during the summer. The Sequim Irrigation Festival takes place this year from May 5 - 13, 2007 in Sequim. Honoring the vitality of the area's farmland, the festival features a logging show, a big band dance, a jazz concert by area high school students, and a children's parade. On the downtown waterfront, the Seattle Maritime Festival celebrates both land and sea with a full slate of activities during this three-day celebration.
