Frozen Fruit Slush - makes 12 servings
Ingredients-
3 medium firm bananas - sliced
½ cup frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed
6 medium ripe peaches - peeled and cubed
3 cups water
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple - undrained
2 cups sugar
1 and 1/3 cups seedless red grapes - halved
1 cup orange juice concentrate - thawed
In a large bowl, stir the bananas and lemonade concentrate until bananas are well coated. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and freeze until firm - I like to freeze in individual clear plastic cups, but the mixing bowl may be used. Remove the bowl from freezer one to one and a quarter hours before serving so mixture becomes slushy. If you used individual cups, remove from freezer one half hour before serving. It is so good, you will want seconds!
