Rinse your Veggies
Gently wash your produce and let air dry. Washing your produce is the most important step in your preparation.2
Cut your Veggies
Cut the Tomatoes into wedges start by cutting them into quarters then cut each quarter into thirds this will yeild twelve peices from each tomato and they should be reasonable size for eating. Set aside. When peeling the cucumber skip alternate strips leaving a green strip then a white one the length of the cuke. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise then slice cross ways, creating half moons. Set aside. Peel and slice the onion as thin as possible.3
Put it all together
In a large bowl add the Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Onions. Dress with the Red Wine Vinaigrette and fresh thyme, season to taste with salt and black pepper.Let stand for about ten minutes before serving.4
