Summer's Arrival

Diane Zoller-Ciatto

Summer comes today

Again I am a child

With no early rising

Just dreams of running wild!

Songs of multi-colored birds

Singing their summer song

Living the life I love

Nothing better go wrong!

Walking along the sandy shore

Carefree and eternally free

Barefoot and dodging the waves

Didn't we just decorate the Christmas tree?

Celebrating the start of summer with some fresh poison ivy boils on my arms. Weeded the garden and yuck! Hope all is well with you.
