Summertime Dreams Can Come True

Lori Lane

Today marks the beginning of summer. The season for summertime dreams. Each year the spike of heat from the sun results in record sunblock sales, pool supply demands, trips to the beach, outdoor picnics, camping, etc. And each summer the weather patterns change causing tropical or hurricane fears. Summertime blues are found on the face of large sunflowers flopping in the warm breeze. Summertime shines best on glistening water during the first summer swim. A summertime dream brings life to the entrance of summer. But can a summertime dream bring even more life to life itself?

Titles with "Summertime Dream" are appealing. "Summertime Dreams" on Lake George, N.Y. is what some consider their summertime dream. Lake George is beautiful in the Summertimedreams.com photo with a description offering a beautiful view (closer via binoculars) of the osprey, eagles, and hawks. Resort of sorts. But a summertime dream should offer priceless memories. You can purchase priceless memories at the Lake George location for $3,500 weekly or $500 nightly.

As evening sets in and the sunlight dances across the waves and current, a summertime dream can come to mind. You could man the sailboat in the bay, build sand castles shaped as mermaids, chase dragonflies and lightning bugs, croak like a bullfrog lakeside, or canoe along the river's mind during summertime. You may even find the summertime dream on a lawn chair with a cold ice tea nearby. All in all, there is only one person who can find your summertime dream - you. Side by side, each summertime dream can come true.

Like a summertime romance a summertime dream flirts with a playful set of choices. Green grass of nature offers a wide range of space to roll around on a blanket. The full moon sheds darkness to allow a glass of wine to sparkle. It is hard not to love a summertime dream. A moment in summer where a person feels as if they have stepped inside of a dream. A moment in reality between you and the grace of summertime.

So, today, June 21st, marks the beginning of summer. Do you have a summertime dream?
