Step 1 - The easiest way to prevent skin cancer and sunburn is to avoid the sun and don't stay in the sun too long. Step 6 - If sunburn does occur from to much exposure, you should treat it with hydrocortisone cream. It will make all pain just go away quicker.

Step 7 - Drink plenty of water and fluids to rehydrate the skin and take plenty of cool.

Step 8 - Don't take hot shower everyday. The hot shower can make your skin hurt.

Step 9 - If your skin condition keeps burning alot, you should see a doctor right away. They will tell what you need to do right away.
