In the desert,
Yesterday, war raged here

Today, at last, the war is at an end;
And heroes are returning home.

Peace is so powerful! I wish it for the world!
I thought this poem powerful in its reflection. As I read it, I had the same feeling as when I listen to Taps - that of awesome peace and acceptance of what must be accepted, is the best way I can describe it.
