Cottondale, AL 35405
United States of America
The RV sites at Sunset Travel Park, of which there are 170, are full hook up sites with either 30 or 50 amp electric service. They also have wireless internet and cable television hookups. 84 of these 170 sites are pull thru sites and all of the sites will accommodate a big rig as they are long with plenty of room, even for extra automobiles. These RV sites are gravel with concrete pads, making them even more inviting to the RVer who may choose to stay here.
Pets are allowed on the park property but their owners should be considerate of other people in the park and clean up after them. Also, there is a laundry facility and nice, clean showers available for use by guests. There are no discount rates at this RV park, but those who are considering staying here for an extended period of time will be welcome.
Not only is Sunset Travel Park within easy driving range to Tuscaloosa Refinery, it is also nearly 2 miles from Winn Dixie, 3 miles to Walmart or Target and Wachovia Bank. Burger King is only .2 of a mile away and McDonald's is about a mile and a half away. There is a shopping mall about 3 miles away and a walk-in medical clinic almost 5 miles away.
Sunset Travel Park does have the basic amenities that any RVer would need when staying in their RV for either work or play. These amenities plus the location of the park in relationship to other places that the guests staying here might be interested in make this a good place to park a RV when visiting here. RVers who are interested in staying at Sunset Travel Park or are interested in getting more information, such as the rates for staying at Sunset Travel Park can call 205-553-9233 or they can visit http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/Alabama/Cottondale.html, which will give them a little insight to the park.
